As a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Valorant LLC, I help organizations achieve profitable growth with efficiency and innovation. Valorant LLC is a consulting firm that focuses on EBITDA improvement. We have offices in Chicago, London and Bangalore and we work with clients from different industries and sizes, from Fortune 500 to mid-market segments. At Valorant, I lead strategic consulting projects and develop our products. As a Managing Partner, I also oversee Valorant’s growth strategy and operations, product and service portfolio and market entry strategy. Before I Co-founded Valorant, I was the Vice President of Global Delivery and Business Development at GEP, a global Procurement and Supply Chain consulting company. At GEP, I led consulting service delivery worldwide and across industry sectors in strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency. I focused on direct materials procurement in selected industry sectors. I also led capability development at GEP’s largest global delivery center. I began my consulting career at Accenture’s Strategic IT Effectiveness practice in Chicago where I managed projects in IT strategy and transformation. I led technology strategy in the areas of IT evaluation, IT governance and operating model and IT organization design. I started my professional career at Siemens Healthineers. I worked in the R&D division of the organization’s AX division where I designed image processing systems.In addition, I have a strong passion for the non-profit sector and work as the COO of The Chatterjee Noble Cause Foundation (www.cncf.info). CNCF, a 501(c)3 organization, provides arts and music supplies to low-income children communities.
