I am presently in the employment of FITC where I head the training the function of the organisation. Leading a team of eleven (11) trainers, the scope of my responsibilities covers strategy development implementation, business development/programme delivery, team development and performance/project management. I have over twenty three (23) years cognate working experience, fifteen (15) of which were in human capacity building, training needs identification, development and customisation of training curriculum, project planning, implementation and monitoring compliance to budget.My working experience also covers banking (in a first class merchant bank for four years) and the downstream sector of the Nigerian oil industry (in an oil marketing company for over three years).I hold a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and a Masters degree in Economics; both were obtained from the University of Ibadan. In May, 2010 I was conferred with the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. I am one of FITC’s in house facilitators and facilitated more than 80 sessions on FITC’s programmes in 2010. I have responsibility for the conceptualization, delivery and post-delivery monitoring of FITC’s training interventions. I am determined, decisive and have a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives.I am an IFC certified board leadership trainer and an alumni of the Centre for Creative Leadership, Brussels.
