I am responsible of multiple areas at Huld: Sales, partner company management and Kokkola area local operations.My responsibilitie include managing work and agreements with our partner companies, leading a new subsidiary company for partnering and recruiting, and growing our Kokkola area operations by recruiting, partnering and contacting customers. My role in technlogy design sales is the other half of my work. I serve our current customers and find new potential starts with business and development work in Finland. My customers are small start-ups, big global corporations and everything between.

Building a Huld's sister company Bold & Beyond to provide provision based salary option for Huld Group employees.For me this was a company building project, to last until everythin works and there are employees working and salaries paid to the new employees. The project's definion phase took about 2 months, before new employees were starting. After the launch new employees were recruited and hired while developing the last details of the company processes with feedback from the first employees.After the summer work started to be routine and therefore my part of the project was over. My colleague keeps on running and developing the company and i will focus more to sales work and Kokkola area growth.Work included many types of contracts, legal issues, HR work, team leading, recruiting and management tasks that i had already learned during by 13-year career at Huld in various roles. I have developed the contract models, contract templates, reporting and salary/payroll tools for calculating provisions, bonuses and i am handling the everyday business of the company with the Bold Board. One major part was to get inner acceptance from other employees and have all stakeholders to understand the reason of this company and the alternative salary model.
