Conducting workshop for educators across many cities in Finland. The sessions helps educators to learn strategies and techniques to meet and handle aggressive student behavior with an intent to keep children and themselves safe.

The preparation work for the new international school includes: developing the curriculum to fit the local context, integrating the Finnish curriculum for grades 1-6 with the IB program for grades 7-12, marketing the school, introducing Finnish pedagogy through demo lessons and marketing events, creating annual plans for early childhood and basic education, and training teachers for early childhood and basic education.
