I follow this also in my leadership – giving clear, strategic direction to my team, helping & supporting them and delivering results through people. This has consistently led to excellent business results for the company, for the customers and for my colleagues & team. I truly believe that happy people deliver great results – and this has been proven over the last 20 years. On functional side I have +20 years experience in FMCG (BtoB and BtoBtoC) business management with 15 years at Mars Inc in Finland, in the UK, Baltics, Balkan region and Central Europe and then >10 years with Vaasan and Lantmännen in leading businesses successfully in Nordics and Baltics. I have also led Lantmännen Unibake global group initiatives / partnerships with customers and suppliers and gained significant experience in leading cross–functional and cross-country teams and in influencing without authority. I have experience from accelerating growth in the business, from re-energizing teams but also from turning around a business. I have also led significant M&A processes including successful post merger integrations.
