• As a member of the company’s management team, I oversee the strategic development of the company’s technology, ensuring that our technology solutions are aligned with business objectives to drive profitable growth and foster innovation. By leading product development, managing the production development required by the products and ensuring high quality and environmental standards, I lead the company to remain competitive and deliver on its promises now and in the future.• My achievement so far in this new role is leading the change management of my own organisation's reorganisation and implementing the new strategy in the organisation. • Applying and implementing the strategy management model based on the Business Technology Standard also in day-to-day management. • Completion of the research phase of a collaborative project on business and support systems development needs. A follow-up action is the objective to build a management system for the management team, applying the findings of the project.• The development of a quality management system and the extension of day-to-day operations to the organisation has been one of the most significant changes in which I have been involved.• The main task is to listen to the needs of the organisation, create the conditions for success and lead them towards the goal.

• Led the co-design and transition of complex products from development to production, optimizing product designs for full manufacturability. Production method we using are silk screen printing, digital printing, lamination (multilayer), machining, hard-coating and thermoforming. Our achievements include the development and mass-producibility of ECE R43, ISO 21876:2020 approved vehicle safety glazing, stepless tinting and privacy "glass", bulletproof glazing, and other special glazing design for manufacturability. • Leading the strategy into the organisation, setting and monitoring KPI metrics and managing measures were my achievements in this work. • Built an ISO 14001 environmental management system and updated the ISO9001 quality system to reflect new production processes and extension to include product development.

• Developed and integrated Aikolon's ERP system's production planning module for production planning and derived it for use. • Using video analysis of the workplace, I derived projects to reduce set-up times and improve production efficiency. We put several of these project ideas into practice. • I successfully completed the construction phase of a €10 million state-of-the-art production line designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency and precision. The new production line takes advantage of the latest technological developments, allowing seamless integration with existing systems and significantly increasing the value of the product downstream. Throughout the commissioning process, we focused on optimising workflows, ensuring minimal downtime and aligning each step with our stringent quality and environmental standards. This project continued and was completed after my career progression, when I was promoted to Development Director. Today, this Aikon production line is capable of manufacturing cutting-edge products to meet stringent customer requirements, including screen printing, autoclave lamination, thermoforming and siloxane hard coating, among others.

In my role as a Project Trainee at KL Mechanics Oy in Oulu, Finland, I led a development project aimed at reducing downtime in the production cell by studying the impact of CAM on manufacturing time. By harmonizing product set-up and work instructions, I successfully reduced set-up times by defining internal and external set-up instructions.
