I joined the company (Centaurea) early May 2001 immediately after the completion of BBA studies. Back in those days I started the career as Export Manager looking after certain distributors and studying the lighting products we manufactured at that time. Travelling and meeting with local resellers and end customers became also routine since the very beginning.After a year in service I became a minor shareholder of Centaurea together with a few colleagues of mine. Those times were extremely busy for us as we needed to acquire ATEX-certificates both for the products and the company, the market was generally booming and I spent most of the time travelling worldwide to open new markets and meet with clients.In 2012 Centaurea was acquired by Teknopower Group and transformed to Atexor Oy. In 2013 I moved to Germany for 5 years as expat to serve our local customers with better presence. After returning to Finland in early 2019 I have been acting as Business Development Manager for Atexor.Current work include tasks such as* Building, developing and leading partner and customer network globally* Contributing to company strategy development and execution* Working in the management teamI have also started as an independent business advisor in 2021 (Seilo Business Advice Oy) to support domestic small and medium-size export companies to etablate and prosper in international B2B markets.My hobbies and areas of interests are martial arts, trading with stocks as well as barbeque & wines.
