An intellectually curious and motivated individual, I am currently seeking new opportunities as I recently completed an internship at the Ombudsman’s office in Cordoba, Argentina. Prior to this, I obtained my Master’s degree in Political Science at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Amsterdam. Having grown up in Finland and Taiwan, I have long had a natural curiosity for different peoples, their socio-political systems, and histories. Not taking the traditional route to university straight out of upper secondary school, I traveled across 5 continents to explore different areas of the world after completing my compulsory military service in Finland. I subsequently thoroughly enjoyed completing my Political Science degree and independent research in minority participation, religious pluralism, political economy, and liberal democracy as these fields greatly appeal to me. My aim in further training is to prepare myself for a career as a political scientist and/or to continue for a PhD in political science.
