I established the coaster business segment for ESL Shipping Ltd. at 2017 by hiring the first coaster size vessels to ESL fleet, signing the first COA`s for this size and started to run this new business area in daily chartering.2018 it was time to expand this new business segment. I was part of the acquisition process when ESL Shipping Ltd. bought AtoB@C Shipping AB. I was making the commercial due diligence during the purchase process and later on I also produced all the material for the competition authorities so ESL Shipping Ltd. was able to get the final acceptance for the purchase.After the fusion between ESL Shipping Ltd. and AtoB@C Shipping AB at end 2018 the working tasks have consisted mainly from profitability-, customer- and fleet analyzes together with the daily chartering tasks (TC-contract, COA`s and SPOT-chartering).

I worked in Meriaura Ltd. as chartering manager. My main responsibilities were:- Day to day chartering of 16 conventional coasters size dwcc 2500-5200 tons- Searching new fleet and negotiating the T/C contracts - Negotiating, fixing and executing long term COAs- Spot chartering of bulk and project cargoes for coasters size dwcc 2500-5200 tons- Arranging the programs and scheduling of Meriaura fleet vessels and making the strategic decisions on which of the cargoes will be carried by our own fleet and which will be reletted to the other ship owners- Handling legal claims- Overseeing the fleet operators from Meriaura Ltd operation department

I worked in Yara Port (Uusikaupunki, Finland) as agent of dry cargo and tanker vessels from small coasters upto Panamax- size.
