Leading a team of SW quality professionals based in Oulu, Beijing and Tampere - safeguarding Sales Software quality in Mobile Phones R&D.Definition and continuous improvement of SW Quality KPIs, which are used to steer SW development activities and set the final quality level for sales software releases of Asha/S40 mobile phones.

- Leading a team of sw quality experts- Working as a software quality manager in (program) mgmt teams.- Driving way of work improvements in e.g Agile, UX and SW performance areas.- Learnings: the importance of respecting critical paths in complex projects, quality of DONE and UX.

Leading and setting up 50 people test, delivery and releasing team. Responsibility area messaging and UI platform software for S40 mobile phones.

- Leading a delivery&test team, which was responsible of messaging software area in S40 mobile phones.- Also working as a project lead e.g. in setting up platform enablers for Webkit browser implementation (Dynamic loader for Webkit DLLs)

- Working in several positions in application protocols area (HTTP, SSL/TLS, SIP, streaming protocols, push to talk etc.)- Learnings: Protocol testing; functionality, robustness and system level integration.Test management and testing process development. Technical understanding of SW development for mobile phones.
