I have been working in program manager, project manager and service manager role with several different customers.

I had three roles in Fonecta. I was responsible of large IT-projects, I was system manager of continuous update service and I was also the product owner of the continuous update service.

I was responsible of Rovio Toons development as a project manager/scrum master. Our team consists of 10 professional ITC developers and we have delivered world class video watching service to all Rovio games

My responsibility was to manage the creation of the Nokia authentication services as project manager (Nokia account) and deployment it to hosting center in Austria. After that I managed the development of Nokia account as Scrum Master for two years. After that I was in charge of deployments of new versions and production environment enhancement projects.

TTM-Tieto develops operator billing system for Telecom operators. My responsibility in TTM-Tieto was to manage customer delivery projects to local telecom operators in Finland. In addition, I was part of team who managed the roll-out project of Elisa Oy mobile billing system. The rollout was executed during a long weekend. Our team of 3 project managers created a project plan which had 1500 tasks. We managed the practice runs and execution of the tasks.

My responsibility was to manage development programs and projects. The largest program I managed was the creation of new web portal to SoneraZed. The implementation of the software was outsourced to India and I got valuable experience of managing outsource project. The planned work amount of the project was over 1000 man days.

Helsinki

My responsibility was to manage customer delivery projects. Kronodoc develops web-based project and document management software.

Wiral was start-up company and I managed product development project of Wiral Matrix product. Wiral Matrix combined instant messaging server with innovative mobile and location services.

I started in Sonera as project manager with web base micro payment project and ended as development manager to lead a technical product management team of Sonera Juxto products.
