I believe this is a valuable lesson I will look back to during the upcoming challenges that life will throw at me.

Title: "Customer satisfaction and how to manage it in a defense industry organization".Defining the customer and modelling customer satisfaction within business context, modelling business processes from customer's point of view (contact points, critical aspects), defining a foundation of precedents of custormer satisfaction within the industry, discussing cultural differences etc... relating these to each other, ultimately creating a model defining what customer satisfaction means in defense industry context. Another major outcome was to design tools for managing customer satisfaction for the employer.
