Full-time (May 2022 - September 2022)Part-time (August 2022 - May 2023)As an Information Technology Trainee, my responsibilities are handling user technical support, ordering IT equipment, computer leasing and return management, license management, active directory management, phone coverage, IT security development, and IT administration.

As a Data Administration Intern my job description was software and device-related support,advice, as well as handling and solving help request tickets. In addition, I was also responsible forinstalling new workstations and assisting with the entrance examinations for the University.

I installed new computers, updated/installed programs, and helped customers with ICT problemsand licence issues. I was transporting mail and IT equipment for our department using a cart. I alsotranslated documents from Finnish to English.

In this position, I worked on frontend features with AngularJS, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap using Git and created widgets such as timelines, filters, and warnings meant for the user interface. I also used a Raspberry Pi to create an info screen with chromium.
