Responsible for helping develop a business plan for Vincent Sheppard’s launch and operations in the USA. This involves advising around ERP setup of process and systems for the US market as well as internal systems and processes for the US team. Additionally responsible for inside sales and customer service for the US market.

Responsible for managing Bridge Trust's social media channels as well as work with 3rd party content creators to ensure a constant social media presence.

Responsible for community-based product management across VenturePunk’s multiple projects. This primarily entails Discord community engagement and converting community sentiment into tangible product feedback. When possible, I create requirements for, and build, Discord bots that enhance product experience within VenturePunk’s communities. I ensure their continuous operation and updates as needed. I also provide comprehensive support across development, product, and community management as required.

Primarily responsible for owning the end user feedback loop by managing Nifty's analytics, soliciting user feedback, and running experiments. Day-to-day, this involves primarily staying plugged in to the Nifty’s Discord community as well as developing low lift user activations as experiments in order to test engagement mechanics to be incorporated on the Nifty’s platform. These are primarily done using Discord as a platform and a Python/PostgreSQL backend. Some involved a web-based implementation using Django.

Primarily responsible for community management within the Nifty's Discord server. Responsible for managing a team of both paid and unpaid moderators. Also responsible for helping develop community activations and creating bots (using Python and PostgreSQL hosted on Heroku) to assist in those and/or make them more immersive. Over time, I began assisting the Nifty's program team in developing their franchise programs and communicating community wants in regard to our products.
