• Enhancing collection and reduce the delinquency ratios.• Identifying reasons of delinquency, and communicate them to all related department in order to reconsider the policies and processes of granting loans.• Following up the delinquent customers according to the company's policies, instructions and the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.• Follow up the delinquent customers and handling the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.• Studying the customers' files, who are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department?• Making field visits for the delinquent customers who have been getting great amounts of loans to guarantee a kind of communication with them.• Ensure completing of customer's files documents that are diverted to the Credit recovery Department.
