Over the past 30+ years, CMR has completed 500+ projects for 200+ clients including feedstock suppliers, monomer and polymer producers, compounders, convertors, fabricators, distributors, end-users, technology licensors, traders, and investors. Advised oil and gas, energy, and chemical companies on strategy, operations, and technology. Led a number of strategy development projects including (1) capital projects strategy for an E&P independent, (2) automobile power train product strategy for a Big Three automaker, and (3) carbon strategy through a war game for an oil and gas major.

Advanced through three positions in five years. In my last role, led a portfolio of 40+ projects supporting upstream and downstream capital projects worth ~$3 billion. In prior roles, developed the company's future fuels strategy and commercialized a new clean fuels technology now used in 25+ refineries in U.S. and China.

Founded “open innovation” start-up to develop and source IP from India and led firm to raise angel funding by winning Penn State’s first business plan competition.
