Successfully delivered Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2023 and 2024, playing a part in selling out the event for the first time in the event's history. Besides F1, managed a cumulative 33 events only throughout 2023. Developed and executed a new marketing strategy for the company in all 3 main directions, including new refreshed packaging designs for almost all active SKUs under the main brand Slavyanka. Within the first 6 months, helped to increase the overall company net sales by 31%. The average number of new customers increased by 70% in that period and by 45% in the next 3 months. Initiated data-based approach for HOD business unit (home office delivery) and optimized the marketing campaigns based on the results. In the end, the share of the ads for new customer acquisition went from 36% to 56% in 3 months.
