Overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the foundation, as well as implementing programs and initiatives aimed at sustainable development of regional football clubs in Azerbaijan.

Developed and led AFFA’s Development Strategies for 2016-2021 and 2021-2025, securing seven sponsorship deals totaling over 2.5 million AZN and generating an additional 700K AZN in revenue. Advanced the growth of social media channels, including the country’s first hashtag campaign, which achieved a reach of 6.4 million and 8.6 million impressions. Developed key brand documents, including brand architecture, social media guidelines, and brand protection protocols.

Managed AFFA Sponsors and Partners’ rights and obligations, led event promotions including match day activities, and generated 640K AZN in revenue from advertising and hospitality package sales.

Developed and executed local and international promotion strategies for Eastern Europe and the Middle East to raise awareness and boost ticket sales. Managed city dressing, fan entertainment programs, and supported UEFA’s Sponsorship & Licensing unit and T.E.A.M. Marketing agency. Led a team of eight and two marketing agencies for event promotion, entertainment programs, commercial operations, and rights protection.

Supported UEFA’s marketing unit in delivering rights to sponsors. Secured four National Partners. Achieved record ticket sales for the opening match with 33,000 tickets sold.
