Responsibility:• Work with all documents for warehouse Shipping documentation – Supplying our carriers with commercial invoice needed for customs.• Sending customer dispatch notes for their shipments.• Log data related to logistic administration into shipping system• Prepare shipping documentation and develop relations with shipping agents• Prepare delivery records for engineers out in field to ensure timely deliveries and correspondence.Software used:JD Edwards Enterprise One Warehouse Management system: Create a logical model of the warehouse in as much detail as you need by specifying such characteristics as location dimensions, temperature, humidity, and lighting. Generate an audit trail of reports for each stock movement and review the information online. Share stock movement data with other JD Edwards Enterprise One systems to answer inquiries and improve customer service.
