We have choosen to use open source solutions to implement top quality applications with low cost of ownership. As a result we’ve succesfully managed to increase operating efficiency of companies which has from 2 to 100 employees.Recognizable Projects:- Erkurt Holding Heartbeat Project: We have successfully managed to increase the quality control operations by analyzing the requirements, gathering an internal and external team, keeping track of development and informing board members of the company. - Erbend Machinery ERPNext Implementation : We have implemented our ERP solution to keep track of purchases, inventory and manufacturing, which allows the general manager to monitor their employees, keep track of purchased goods and track inventory status even when they are abroad. We have also set alarms to inform managers if something worth has happened in the factory.

I worked as a technical consultant and project manager. As a technical consultant, I helped create the company's long-term plans. I managed the recruitment and training operations for the development and testing teams. I’ve created a recruitment methodology such that it can be used for almost any software development company to gather new employees. I’ve also coached the team to create the company's software development aestheticism. I brought Asana as project management tool, we used it to track each developer’s activites for the respective days. Also, we’ve created a Visual Studio Plugin which lists open requests in Asana and developer can easily select them in the Visual Studio so that all the information for the work item is stored in our code revision system. It helped our team to get meaningful descriptions in the code revision system while creating open and smooth communication channels between the project team members.As a result, we’ve tracked the new technologies and have adapted them to provide optimum solutions which let us provide high-quality responses to customer demands.Recognizable Projects:- App Designer IDE : We’ve developed this application to decrease development time while increasing the efficiency of the developers and reduced the ongoing demands for the project after implementation. Basically, it lets database admin, tester, and core developer to work on the same project simultaneously.- VS Deploy : We’ve developed a plugin to decrease the time between finalizing the application development and loading it to our clients’ servers. It also serves us as a protection layer by ciphering the code. It does a tedious job inside Visual Studio so developers do not switch different applications which retains focus in the long term.

As “Industry 4.0 Partner”, Onay Bilisim, provides manufacturing execution systems to brands such as Nestle, Ford, Lipton, YünSA, Eker, Çaykur. I’ve mainly worked as a developer because we were a small team but I’ve managed to research and develop an augmented reality application which lets users decorate their homes and offices in real-time. Later we’ve managed to get a government fund and we’ve showed the application in some fairs. Few years later, IKEA developed an application which has the same concept. Recognizable Projects:• Decor8r : Mobile augmented reality application which lets users decorate their rooms with carpets, furnitures, sofas and chairs. We’ve used Unity, 3ds Max and Vuforia.• Ship Simulator : We have created a 3d simulation environment to train shipmasters. Project consist of a cabin (which has steering wheel, gearbox, engine start/stop and horn buttons) and supplementary software. We have developed the software part in Unity, have used Blender to create environment, and have used 3ds Max for ship design. Software is also capable of giving scores to trainees by recording user’s manoeuvres and matching it with predefined actions in the backend of the application. This project has been backed by some of the government offices.

I worked as a software developer and project manager in the company that provides software solutions to companies that aims to digitize their workflows. I’ve created handheld and desktop computer applications and managed the issues as a developer. I’ve guided the ERP implementations as a project manager. I did some experiments with various code revision tools, and I’ve influenced the development team to use one of them as main code repository. At the end we’ve worked as a team in the company and we’ve increased the code quality.
