Responsibilities1. Participating with the Board of Directors in setting strategic directions, developing executive plans and targets, putting budgets related to programs and projects, and having them approved by the Board.2. Participating in defining operational targets and ensure their conformity with the targets approved by the Board of Directors, working on identifying performance indicators to measure achievement rates on a regular basis, and preparing periodic reports.3. Participating with the Board of Directors in setting policies and procedures related to work governance, ensuring their compliance with the approved legal and governmental regulations and laws, supervising and following up the employees’ implementation, as well as supervising modifications and improvements to help facilitate the work.4. Ensuring the recruitment of competencies (workers - volunteers) that are competent with the culture of the association and have faith in the cause and the mission for which it was established, and accommodating them in a way that maximizes their impact, in addition to developing their professional performance by setting their personal development.5. Continuous following-up to the development of public relations and concluding partnerships and agreements with the governmental, private and non-profit sectors, which intersect with the activities and objectives of the association.6. Supervising the design and implementation of programs and projects that help maximize the association's financial resources to achieve sustainability.7. Supervising the activation of technical transformation in the association's operations to facilitate work and maximize performance in completing tasks.
