Financial Recovery ProjectThis project was aimed at the top 50 overspending units in the south of England. Project details entailed creating a 6/8 week recovery plan geared toward lowering the units spend on work hours to budget.

• Enhancing passengers experience travelling on London’s iconic buses;• Responsible for supervising and warning passengers of any potential dangers;• Assisting passengers, especially older or disabled people who may need extra care;• Answering any queries or questions from anyone regarding information on bus and/or train routes, local information or general feedback on our service.

• Customer service role, showing awareness and reacting different to old, new and floating customers;• Promoting giveaways, price enhancements and local initiatives to give our stores the edge over competitors;• Day to day running included working with a team of cashiers, ensuring the aims of Ladbrokes were met through the shop team’s customer service and efficiency levels;• Keeping track of shop floats, conducting regular cash checks as well as ensuring banking done daily with some stores cash intake can exceed £5,000 on some days.
