Gökhan Türkoğlu is the founder partner of the firm. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed his master's degree in the public law department of the same faculty. He is admitted to practice as attorney at law in Istanbul. He worked for ten years as chief legal counsel at the General Directorate of Press announcement Agency.He has expertise in building construction contracts, IT contracts, goods purchase contracts and service procurement contracts. He has experience in the transfer and management of real estate free from legal disputes for the construction of hotels, public service buildings and hydroelectric power plants. He acted as attorney in disputes arising after the contract and has experience in the liquidation processes of the contract.Gökhan has experience as a legal consultant in public tenders, public procurement and public-private partnership projects. He has been involved in the tender, contract and implementation processes of projects with an investment value of more than $100 million. He still continues his consultancy activities on contract processes, risk management and post-contract implementation processes for the public and private sectors.
