I am a dynamic and proactive ESG and climate change professional with over 20 years’ experience. Since 2006, I have led high performing teams. Initially as Victorian Environment Team Manager at SKM, before moving to Arup in 2007, where I established and led for over a decade the inaugural Victorian Environment and Sustainability Team, before being promoted to Australasian Sustainability and Climate Change Leader in 2017. Central to the service strategy at Arup was a vision for a true sustainability offering that encompassed not just traditional environmental, but wider economic and social expertise, with a target market of strategic sustainability services to progressive organisations. In 2019, I established the ESG and climate resilience consulting offering at Nation Partners, attracting and building both a team of talented consultants, while drawing from the organisation’s strengths in communications, stakeholder engagement and business advisory. During these roles I have constantly demonstrated my ability to motivate and mentor individuals and deliver high quality outcomes at the leading edge of current practice. These outcomes have encompassed award winning ESG, climate mitigation and adaptation strategies at the organisational and project level across different industries, cultures and geographies. I was instrumental in the development of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia and was on its inaugural Board of Directors, am the former Chair of the Steering Committee of the Australian Government’s Clean Air and Urban Landscapes Research Hub and was on the Green Building Council of Australia, Expert Reference Panel for Climate Resilience.
