I grew up in a family that owned a jewelry business. I had the passion to watch my grandfather carefully and observe how he managed business with his experience. Due to my passion to learn more about the business and factory management, my father encouraged me to enroll in a high school that concentrated on physics and math, a high-level language and interactive environment for solving problems. After high school, I enrolled in Umm Al-Qura University, which has accreditation from Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, and I studied the Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering. Throughout my internships during my study at the Saudi Telecom Company and King Abdullah Medical City, I realized that I had to increase my knowledge of communication with other employees and managers.After my graduation, I worked as an engineer at Al-Esra Aluminum manufacturing, which has around five hundred employees from more than ten nationalities, so my first challenge was to deal with different workers with different nationalities. In that time, I started to gain more experience in dealing with the others. I had training in total quality management and in workforce restructuring. These trainings expanded my vision in management, HR, and communications. After a while, I created a development and crisis teams to work on the issues that affects the factory. Indeed, we received positive improvement in the factory that breaks the CEO’s expectations.My ambition is to develop the companies by involving the strategic communication into the field and to achieve my dream of building my own organization. Such a dream need management studies, public relations, communication strategies, and crisis strategic planing. And to increasing my knowledge and improving my skills in these fields, I have decided to study the Master's Degree of Strategic Communication and Public Relations. I am eager to work hard to reach my ambition and to prepare myself for a successful future dream.
