I have been working with the global sales teams to assist them with their sales efforts. The works has included the design and facilitation of industry specific tailored business simulations. These simulations have been used either to act as energisers between client presentations or as part of the presentation to help explain complex financial models in interactive and engaging ways.I have also been managing the re-implementation of their CRM system to drive and record sales activity. A thankless task, but someone has to do it!!!
