Led the Boomerang Project, transforming it into a $0.5 billion venture supporting over 240 personnel. Led the BSP HWO project start-up on CSS2 DP2 Semi, which encompassed well abandonments, recompletions, and ESP change outs. Provided strategic direction to internal PSLs on Integrated Well Intervention and abandonment solutions. Managed a team of over 100 personnel assigned to the project.Key Accomplishments:• Mobilized project personnel and equipment from 11 countries, establishing a fully functioning integrated project service within 10 months.• Designed, engineered, fabricated and mobilized a fit for purpose HWO and full spread of equipment for well P&A and recompletions. • Worked with Sparrows to design a single lift temporary crane that can be rigged up and rigged down in one day.• Successfully completed 6 well abandonments and one smart well recompletion.• Executed HWO/Semi-Submersible projects, delivering the most challenging HWO recompletion in Shell's history, as recognized by company executives.

As the founder of Help Thai Schools Charity, managed all aspects of the organization, including project review and selection, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and project controls. The charity is dedicated to providing assistance to schools in Thailand through various initiatives:-Building, renovating, and expanding school facilities.-Advancing in-class technology and providing teaching supplies.-Improving utilities to help offset operational costs.-Offsetting costs of supplies for students.-Enhancing the learning environment to support attendance.-Assisting families in enrolling children in school.By spearheading these efforts, Help Thai Schools Charity has significantly improved educational opportunities and the overall learning environment for students in Thailand.

Oversaw oil and gas decommissioning projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Led R&D, product development, and created SOPs to ensure tool quality and reliability. Supervised cost-effective removal of well conductors and subsea wellheads, enhancing internal multistring cutting tools and procedures.Key Accomplishments:* Engineered and performed plug and abandonment (P&A) operations, cutting and removing over 200 wells and 15+ platform jackets from below the mud line.* Reduced rig up and down time from 1.5 days to 0.25 days.* Enhanced tool reliability and efficiency with improved procedures and SOPs. Managed seven fabrication shops and five rig-up yards including budget, planning/scheduling, QC, and safety for 160 employees. Oversaw the fabrication and assembly of land drilling rigs purchased by customers such as Halliburton, Graywolf, among many others. Key Accomplishments:* Constructed 14 full drilling rig spreads – 12 2500hp truckable rigs and 2 3000hp box-on-box cold weather rigs. * Completed Quality and Management structure to support, attain and maintain ISO and API certification for the first time. * Restructured and revamped the maintenance schedules on equipment, welding machines, heavy equipment, and overhead cranes.* Implemented a quality system that maintained API and ISO standards, allowing for streamlined maintenance and upgrade to certifications and licenses.* Improved mast and substructure build time by 100% and reduced turnaround and man hours by 26%.* Enhanced efficiency and achieved operational cost savings of $250,000 per week.

Oversaw special R&D projects in the drilling laboratory for testing downhole tools. Built, maintained, and upgraded laboratory equipment to enhance cutter performance, including wear, stability, and performance of bits, and nozzle configurations.Key Accomplishments:* Analyzed, designed, built, developed, and evaluated an automated camera system for carbide wheels and its framework, measurement, processes, and documentation. Reduced photographic time from four hours per wheel to eight seconds, increasing accuracy and data output.* Operated a surface rig used for testing bit stability, performance, and steerability.* Rebuilt the visual single point cutter machine, which records forces on a single cutter when cutting rock and can be pressured up to 20,000 psi.
