- Provide exceptional client service to approximately 200 office personnel in HR generalist affairs, including conducting orientation, onboarding check-ins, and performance management
- Partner with HR business partners in employee relations and leave of absence administration
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors while administering philanthropy and professional development related programs for over 1,500 employees
- Manage various HR projects and communications for Philanthropy, Mentoring, and Employee Resource Group initiatives
