Supervised 40 employees who produced product accounting for $9M in sales in 2013.Responsible also for capital expense projects, cost estimating, plant safety, OSHA compliance, MRO purchasing, vehicle maintenance, facility utilities management, contract negotiations and fulfillment, off-site warehouse logistics, scrap accountability, labor report accountability, and determination of proper headcount for each project.Note: Caldwell purchased Advantage Manufacturing Corporation in 2012 where I previously worked as Manufacturing Manager.

North America.

Recruited to provide engineering and manufacturing expertise to this theatrical rigging company. Scope of responsibilities included: quality control; drafting; mechanical layout of electrical control panels and cabinets; electric motor wiring and testing; soldering; and cabling.Ensured quality and specification adherence for a massive acoustic canopy built for staging at McDermott Concert Hall, Dallas, Texas.Technical specialist for a 2-level moving theatrical platform built for a Columbus, Ohio, theater. Responsible for essential engineering support throughout the project from inception to on site placement.

Worked on production of sunglass frames, including the famous Ray-Ban frames, to ensure quality and specification adherence. Responsible for production areas that included the Ultra-Mill CNC work cell; code debugging; feed and speed edits. Assisted Austrian custom CNC machine builder with delivery and set up.
