Underwrite and monitor the performance of a portfolio of loans comprising borrowers with gross revenue of $25 million to $1 billion dollars across a range of industries. Skills & Competencies: Credit risk analysis (enterprise valuation, asset coverage, loss given default, comparable transaction, etc.), financial modeling, persuasive oral and written communication, loan document review and analysis.

• Manage a $1.2 billion portfolio of credit and ancillary products for investment grade and non-investment grade clients within healthcare industry sectors including REITs, services, not-for-profit hospitals, medical technology and staffing.• Underwrite and manage credit approval and documentation process for origination of new transactions.• Develop relationships with senior management and functional areas of 30+ clients.• Manage risk in accordance with the bank’s policies and guidelines.
