Responsible for enabling transformational change implementation into the Compliance Division.

Responsible for- Knowledge Management, including supporting technologies, knowledge retention and governance- Control Plans- Project conduit and coordinator

Assistant Director/Programme Officer responsible for;- coordination lead for existing Digital Projects under the WPIT Programme- development & maintenance of digital project schedules & Product Break Down Structures- quality assurance checks for project status reporting- assistance, support & development of change control, impact assessments, governance and risk management frameworks for the digital projects- input & development of future tranche programme documents & frameworks- guidance to the IPO for departmental (DHS) programme management practices

Project Manager within the Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) programme. WPIT is a transformation programme that will replace the current welfare payment ICT system with a more modern and efficient platform.Current responsibilities include: - Leading and managing the development of a new Service Delivery Model- Internal and external consultation with both governement and non government representatives- Creation and development of project artefacts- Monitoring and reporting- Staff management and development- Implementation and ICT solution consultation- Legal, privacy and agreement liaison

Management of multiple complex projects at one time, delivering a wide range of capabilities under the Service Delivery Reform agenda- Successful delivery of a new departmental DHS Appointment System covering 18 programme areas. - Successful delivery of the Nominee & Third Party organisation project from inception to Project Closure, enabling digital online capabilities- Management of staff at multiple levels across multiple projects

Successful implementation of Pension Reform measures, Secure and Sustainable Pension Reform. - Design and implementation of ICT system changes to apply the new Work Bonus means test.- Senior leadership role for the co-ordination of project team staff, tasks and duties; ensuring milestone and target dates are met according to the project schedule.

Providing support and clarification of correct business processes and legislative interpretation to Senior Practitioners and senior staff in rural and retirements programmes.- Using the departments endorsed developers product (Dreamweaver) to create and publish relevant network information via internal intranet for network and access staff- Redevelopment and successful implementation of the departmental wide Customer Relations Unit procedural policies and processes.
