Served the Colonial Properties Tarrant County properties as Regional Vice President during the merger with MidAmerica. With any merger there are changes in leadership and the RVP role that I filled was eliminated. The on site teams and leadership at both Colonial and MidAmerica were wonderful through the transition.

As Regional Manager I supported my teams to overcome challenges and reach their goals. As Director of Marketing & Training I was responsible for establishing marketing strategies and plans for the Olympus Property apartment portfolio (based on its position in the market) and manage/coordinate Olympus Property team development through education programs for all associates. I also design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plans for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans. Communicate with the Regional Support teams and OnSite teams regarding goals, objectives and relevant concerns, problems and solutions.Each day we are focused on building the "Olympus Property" brand. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. Proud to work on all national programs, policies and procedures, Employee Incentive Programs, due diligence, acquisitions and more. I also managed the property management software implementation and support for all team members. I am most proud to help support the team members as they grow in their careers.
