Oversee and manage the recruiting division/process for the Contractor Logistics Sustainment and Support (CLSS) contract (largest contract to date for ManTech International) to include both Recruiters/Resource Managers, Recruiting Administrators, Deployment Coordinators (up to 12 personnel total)Conduct annual performance reviews for over 12 employees; this included providing objectives for employees to obtain, helping them achieve these objectives, working with them to design appropriate training for their career goals and then evaluating them at year-end.Managed the growth of program from 540 employees in 2008 to 2000+ employees (92% deployed to SWA) today.Update the programs’ Personnel Report daily to account for every employee’s whereabouts and distribute weekly to Management, Government and TACOM.
