Turner Williams has been a leader in the mortgage industry in Colorado for the better part of the last decade. He annually has been awarded as one of the top producer at his company and in recent years has been recognized as one of the top .1% of all mortgage lenders in America. He is also a perennial winner of the 5280 Five Star Professionals award in Denver which is based on client and peer reviews and awarded to less than 7% of all Denver Loan officers.In addition to stellar individual performance, Turner was instrumental in building a top branch and division for Spire Financial where he led a team of top producing loan officers as well as ten members of his full-service operations staff. When Turner isn’t helping clients into a new home or lowering their rate he enjoys spending time with his wife Mary Kate, and three children, Turner (the 5th!) and Forrest as well as their daughter Lennon. They live in the Belcaro Neighborhood of Denver and love the neighborhood for it walk and bike-ability, many great restaurants and fantastic schools. Turner and his family are also avid skiers and hikers and spend as much time as possible in Vail enjoying all the beauty activities that Colorado has to offer.
