About Jan Carpenter

I am the Founder of Turn Over a New LEAF. I am a certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Trainer, as well as a certified Performance Coach, NLP, DiSC and also has experience as a Qualified Social Worker to Manager level.Turn Over A New LEAF brings a network of wellbeing professionals as well as a selection of highly effective tools, technology and scalable wellbeing coaching to enhance wellbeing from within and between people, positively impacting on personal performance, team and organisational performance one person at a time. Since 1998, I have worked with a variety of personal and business clients dealing with the simple to the complex range of circumstances, social and health conditions. This has given me a unique wealth of experience and confidence when working across a variety of workplace environments, social complexity, belief systems and ‘dis-ease’.I integrate Havening Techniques®, NLP and Coaching through my LEAF model delivering a range of workshops on the topics of Let-Go, Empower, Action, and Flourish as well as one to one sessions, all delivered online via B2C and B2B. Plus a LEAF mobile app for employees to have in the palms of their hands for scalable coaching support. I have helped many people remove or alleviate uncomfortable conditions linked to chronic stress, leaving them feeling happier, ‘lighter’ and with greater levels of mental, emotional, physical social wellbeing. Some of such conditions include: insomnia, disturbing night terrors, severe hayfever, persistent worry, social anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues linked to early childhood trauma, severe anxiety due to historical domestic abuse, weight loss issues, chronic pain due to serious accidents, suicide ideation, alcohol and substance abuse issues, marriage and post divorce recovery, bereavement and grieving, aversion to critical health treatment, depressive symptoms, sibling rivalry, autoimmune symptoms, hoarding. The common link is often encoded trauma and traumatic stress, which most of us have in one way or another. We work together to resolve these, in many cases surprisingly quickly, uncomfortable conditions or relationships have a tendency to resolve themselves and behaviour change and wellbeing become easier. If you'd like to experience a one to one LEAF session or your business would benefit from a one day online LEAF wellbeing workshops or bite sized online LEAF workshops please get in contact. I also provide opportunities for training people who want to become a Certified Havening Techniques practitioner.www.turnoveranewleaf.co.uk
