Technoliv is a research & development organization which was founded in Dec,2015. I'm the co-founder of this company & currently working as Executive Director of Business & Development. Our main research areas are in the fields of Internet of things (IoT) , Embedded systems, Power Electronics & Control, Robotics, PCB designing & Cyber physical system.

• Designing & Supervision of the Photovoltaic (PV) systems for houses & industries.• Management of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi & KPK region regarding solar projects.• Conducted efficiency and price/watt comparisons on other solar power systems on the market to gather intelligence used for marketing campaigns.• Supervise and lead engineers and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil projects, and oversee production and quality control.• Ensure the timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects• Review of land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues.• Dealing & negotiating with the contracts/vendors and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors for timely commission of the project.• Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs.

• Management of the Retail outlets of Islamabad/Rawalpindi region• Identification of the Retail outlets having great potential• Managing the territory assigned in terms of Sales, Network management, marketing and handling problems of Franchisees/Dealers.• Set Retailer Business Plans to deliver to achieve volumetric and gross margin targets of CNG, AGO, MOGAS and lubes represented in annual T&R.• Identification of under performing sites and taking corrective measures to increase Efficiency index of Motor fuels• Maximize all sales development potential whilst protecting Hascol's interests, through the coaching and motivating of Retailers. • Managed the retail outlets in all aspects of construction, maintenance and other routine issues complying the strict safety issues.• Acquiring of all the approvals for the retail outlets from the necessary departments i.e. NOC’s from DCO, Department of Explosive, OGRA etc.• Inspection during development and perfection of signage and their maintaining routine inspection of the Rawalpindi/ Islamabad region.• Preparing Inter office memos (IOM) & MRN of the new to industry (NTI) sites and reinjection sites.• Follow up with the vendors for the timely commissioning & re-injection of the sites.• Analysis and prepare cost estimates for development of retail fuel outlets.• Preparing timeline for the CF sites with complete details of the civil work, electrical work, plumbing work, signage, landscaping & parking etc.• Coordinating with the CAD Dept for preparation of layouts of the Retail outlets.• Acquired all approvals for retail outlet from the necessary department i.e. NOC's from DCO, Explosive, OGRA etc.• Evaluated market for procurement of the retail network equipment’s.• Handled development and perfection of signage and their maintaining routing inspection all around North Area.• Prepared the engineering manual for Retail outlets in collaboration with the Area Managers.

I’m working as a “Research Associate” in Department of Electrical Engineering, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. I'm involved in working on projects of power electronics, control systems & on robotic arm. I’ve implemented model predictive control on dc-dc converter and writing paper with the title “Variable frequency finite control set model predictive control of boost converter. At L.T.Engineering Pvt. Ltd. I've worked on Optical Fiber Cable Laying, testing & localization,Optical Fiber Cable jointing & termination & about SDH & DWDM systems.

I have done internship of 6 week in PTCL in switching department where i was involved in operation and maintenance activities on the Huaweii IN platform at PTCL in the arears of SMP,SCP & SSP.
