Some of my notable achievements include validating the new job architecture and performing JD refresh/enrichment for a global gold mining company, and streamlining effort and sizing estimations for HR operations team at a Middle East's leading chemicals manufacturer. I have a PGDM in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the premier business schools in India, where I was the Secretary of SAPPHIRE, the HR association of the institute, and organized several events and workshops for the students and faculty. I also completed multiple certifications in digital marketing, tableau, and accounting to broaden my knowledge and skills.
