SecGen ProjectWorked on open-source project called SecGen, to generate and rebuilt the product for future Cyber Security students and better learning experience. Job responsibilities includes:● Buildi the project for Computer Application Security students. ● Resolve errors/issues/concerns that occur while building and booting machines.● Generate virtual machines with vulnerabilities and testing them. ● Document the project and procedures followed, that includes any issues caused as well. ● Upload the machines and resources to cloud for remote availability and penetration testing purposes.● Cloud testing and assessment.IT-OpsSupported the deployment, maintenance, and management of VARLab hardware and software Resources. This includes:● Being the initial point of contact for technical inquiry and issue escalation for end users of campus DLS● Track and manage end user issues in our issue tracking system. ● Evaluate and analyze issues and solutions to IT related inquiries including root cause analysis. ● Development of end user support material such as documentation, walkthroughs, and videos. ● Propose documentation and support improvements based on analysis of issues and end user engagement.● Propose product feature improvements based on analysis of issues and end user engagement.
