ð Reliance Industries Limited and Reliance Corporate IT Park Limited(Acting as PMC) planned and expanded its Existing Two refineries at Jamnagar – Gujarat by adding Petrochemical units and Upgrading the existing facilities termed as J3 Project with a Capital Investment of 85000 Croresð Heading the Construction and Maintenance activities related to Township, Involved in Construction and Operation of World class – state of art facility of Go Kart Track, Amusement Park, Yagna Shala, VVIP Guest Houses, Batchelor Hostels, Canteens, and Ancillary structures. ð Headed the Project activities and Civil Construction for the SEZ Offsite & Utilities of J3Project with capital expenditure of Rs. 15000 Crores.ð Actively involved in Constructability reviews, Model Reviews and Walkthrough, Rigging Studies, ð Headed the Construction activities for Tank Pads, Pipe Racks, Cooling Tower, MED, TTP, Utilities like RO, Dmin, Desal Plants, Sat Gas Compressor, CPSs and Pipe Sleepers with a Strive for net positive front for 6-8 weeks and gross front for at least 10 weeks ð Co-ordination with DECs, Pre Fab Shops, Batching Plants, Centralized Bar Bending facility, vendors, contractors to achieve the target in stipulated timeð Responsible for Early works such as site clearance, contour survey, soil investigation and infrastructure setup, constructability study, material control, ð Active member of Disaster Management Team, HSEF, QA/QC, Contract Management Teams. Participating in Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Review Meetings. In addition to the Project activities, also completed MOC 270: Crude Column Overhead Recovery Project, Schemes Included were Over Head Heat Recovery and Diesel Recovery. With a major Mile stone as Execution, Pre Commissioning and Commissioning was done with all Safety Precautions

Leading the Green Field Project activities at Nadiyad, Tarapur and Mundra with a capital expenditure of Rs. 280 crores.  Heading Project Engineering works, Coordination with MHI – Japan for preparing preliminary design, Based on the design inputs, preparing Bill of Quantity, and Technical specifications, Preparing Tender Documents (with General Terms and Conditions and Special Terms of Conditions) and evaluation of bids for tenders floated, Heading Techno commercial and commercial Bidding,  Co ordination with vendors, Consultants, contractors to achieve the target in stipulated time Leading the Project team, along with inter departmental co ordination, purchase of materials, vendor management, and payments. Expanded the multi disciplinary team of field engineers to 20 for smoother execution of project for day to day work.

Headed Sikkim Green Field Project, due to good understanding of Project Coordination, execution methodology, good coordination skills, virtue of competence, efficiency and willingness to take initiatives.  Initiated Master planning of the entire premises in co ordination with Architect/ consultants.  Prepared Scope documents for the Projects and getting approved from Management. Headed and commissioned the Formulation Facility - Entire Green Field Project Sikkim. Led & was the final authority for entire execution, co ordination, managing funds, purchase, vendor management, payments and material reconciliation. Expanded the team for field engineers to 12 for smoother execution of project for day to day work. Initiated a daily material reconciliation process in order to ease the billing and material tracking procedures.  Successfully implemented other Projects in Chattral and Baddi Plants, Given additional responsibilities for Liaising with Government authorities and PR coordination, due to good coordination & communication skills.

Mundra

 Headed the construction activities of Liquid Terminal (2,65,000 KL- Capacity), Scope Involved : Construction of Tank Foundations (Dia varies from 4 mtr to 35 mtr) with piling, Pump Houses with Foundations, loading bays, Pipe Rack, Material Handling system foundations and supports. Headed the construction activities of Covered storages sheds / godowns with the facility of Material handling system, including loading / unloading the material from conveyor belts from jetty to respective godowns. Headed the Construction of Utility blocks, Storm water / Domestic Drainage systems & Water Supply Systems, Internal and Main approach road of over all length of 27 Kms. Involved in construction of major bridges for the 57 Kms long broad gauge railway link from Adipur to Mundra Port. Also worked on Dry Dock facility, MSEZ developments, Strengthening of Internal / External roads, Civil works for Gate complex, Area development for truck parking. Helped the management for obtaining ISPS certificate, and implementing the same within port complex. Given additional responsibilities for routine / preventive maintenance of Utility blocks, Roads, Water Supply & Drainage systems and Paving works for Port, Colonies, School, Security Barracks, Hostel and Guest Houses, due to good coordination & work execution skills.
