Handling the projects for domestic as well as international customers from USA, U K, UAE, .Responsible for managing the processes from generation of internal SO to delivery of finished product to the customer as per order delivery date.Coordination with purchase team for raw material procurement, boughtouts and import parts as per BOM.Managing review & generation of work orders for in house as well as vendor machining as per MRP.Check and analyze finish good inventory, and release of ready for assembly plan on daily basis. Review & arrange TPI & customer witness inspection as per requirement.Preparation of weekly shipment plan & conduct daily shipment meeting with Assembly, Store, QA, Dispatch & Excise teams to meet weekly shipment plan.Manage & calculate on time delivery performance for planned orders.Communication of order changes or delay to concerns as well as to customer.Expedite major orders at all the processes when required & changing the priorities accordingly.Implementation of ECN’s after receipt from engineering.Sending weekly project schedule to all customers using Microsoft Project. Setting priorities for manufacturing & shipment container planning.Coordination with all the intercompany departments to follow up the order form.Participate in internal & external ISO & API audits.
