Oversee annual sales volume of over $3.5 million.Business development/sales experience and expertise of energy and water efficiency/sustainability programs including: Green Agency Lending (Fannie Mae Green Rewards and Freddie Mac Green Advantage), SBA 504 Energy Efficiency Projects, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) Sustainable Building Method, and Riverside Public Utilities Key Accounts Energy Efficiency Program (KEEP).

Implemented energy and water efficiency on LINC Housing's portfolio of 50+ multifamily properties statewide. Leveraged funding from various sources (HUD, California Energy Commission) with utility-funded programs to implement energy and water efficiency improvements on affordable properties within LINC's portfolio outside of re-syndication period. Oversaw LINC Housing's participation in the Department of Energy's Better Buildings Challenge through ongoing utility data collection and benchmarking efforts for entire portfolio.Worked with LINC's leadership team to develop energy and water services company, SEED Partners, aimed at seeing project implementation from funding stages to construction management for internal portfolio and external clients.
