Assist with all internal and external HR related matters : Assist all internal and external HR related matters like government Authority external agency Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures : Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations Regulatory compliance and reporting: Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required Employee Engagement: Arrange various activity for employee engagement like birthday celebration, Employee Retirement, Communication meeting and various festival celebration. MIS : Prepare Weekly and Monthly basis MIS Committee facilitation : Arrange monthly meeting for various committee and resolve issue Vendor Management Plant Administration Contract & Agreements: Prepare contract and agreements with supervision of legal department for the vendor and filing the same in an organized manner.
