As a Block project manager my key roles were:• Heading the team at Block Project Implementation Unit• Implementation of different thematic initiatives such as Financial Inclusion, Institution Building and Capacity Building of Community Based Organizations, Social Development, Health and Nutrition, Livelihood Interventions as per policy guidelines of BRLPS• Liaisoning with Block Administrative Departments, Banking Institutions, Civil Society Organizations and other external agency for project purposes• Overall in-charge of finance and administrative functions of Block Project Implementation Unit
