- Profile screening for State, District & Block Level- Management and preparation of online examinations for almost 04lac candidates appearing at different online centers in Patna.- Coordination and arrangement of Document Verification; Group Discussions and Personal Interview of provisionally selected candidates.- Participated in and organized induction for 02 block level positions in 18 districts of Bihar.- Apart from above mentioned, for the successful implementation of the BRLPS recruitment process my additional responsibilities were – • Office Administration • Vendor Management • Liasioning with different government departments and officials of different hierarchies at State; District and Block levels.

VI to VIII.• Parents counseling for the overall growth and development of the child through the Youth First Programme• Actively participate in meetings such as Guru Gosthi / Parents Meeting and School Health and Sanitation Committee every month in different Govt. Schools and teachers/ staff meetings are conducted every week.• To manage and supervise the overall administration of the Darbhanga Office. Maintaining monthly attendance records of the team members, compliance with stakeholders as well as with Head office. Also, assist the finance team in providing basic data for PF and other statutory compliances.• Proper liasioning with travel vendors to ensure good quality vehicles to the field officers.• Ensuring proper and prompt communication, transport and referral linkages from the habitation to the entire Centre.

- Supervised the Malnutrition Programme in two blocks of Bokaro Districts namely Chandankyari and Chas.- Monitored the 70 field staff engaged in Nutrition Programme and also prepared the monthly budget for the program.- Prepared the monthly work plan for the Health Centre and also assisted Project Director in day to day administration of the organization. Keeping and maintaining the attendance record of the employees, preparing yearly program budget and recruitment of field staff, etc.- Liaison – Coordination with other NGOs and Nodal Officers in the concerned govt. departments at the state and district level mainly with Health Secretary, Director In Chief on one hand, and District Commissioner (DC) and Civil Surgeon at District Level.- Facilitated House Hold Survey, conducting training and orientation programs for community leaders and health functionaries. Providing data analysis and compilation facility to meet regular Management Information.

- HR Management – Overall responsibility for various HR-related services, i.e. Statutory Compliances, Recruitment, Joining Formalities, etc. of consultants for UNICEF’S projects required in various govt. departments from the state to the district level.- Liaison – Coordination with UNICEF State Programme Officers and Nodal Officer i.e. Principal Secretaries of Health, Education, Women and Child Welfare departments at the state level and DC; Civil Surgeon and other district officials at the district level- Vendor Management – Responsible for hiring vendors for Travel, Hotels, and any other activities related to the UNICEF project.- Travel Management – Proper liaising with travel vendors regarding a vehicle for the deputies. Ensure that the vendors are providing good quality vehicles to the deputies.- Customer service Management – Providing excellent service to the client in regards to travel, HR Services, and any other admin assistance to the UNICEF.- Initiation of Recruitment Process in coordination with the Regional Office Team and UNICEF Programme officers. Short listing the candidates and preparing the front sheet for shortlisted candidates.- To manage and supervise the overall administration of the Ranchi Project Office and maintains a congenial and cohesive working environment for the team members.- Establish proper & timely processing of payment i.e. Salary; DSA and vendor payout and also ensure timely collection of funds from the client.

- Managed National Rural Health Mission (Government of India) funded Health Programmes at the block level and strengthen the health facility for the rural population.- Organize and Participate in health education awareness programs in Benipur block along with ASHA and Aanganwadi workers for the fulfillment of objectives of the National Rural Health Mission, by reducing TFR; MMR; IMR(Total Fertility Rate=TFR; Mothers Mortality Rate=MMR; Infant Mortality Rate=IMR)- Taking care and focusing on preventive and promotional aspects of health care, accelerated immunization programs under MUSKAN EK ABHIYAN, Awareness Programme for Safe Mother Hood, Spacing of birth, raising consciousness for Institutional Delivery, Importance, and use of contraceptives, etc.- Facilitating House Hold Survey’s preparation of Village Health Registers, conducting training and orientation programs for community leaders and health functionaries.- Providing data analysis and compilation facility to meet regular Management Information System.- To organize a camp at ART Centre in PHC for the targeted population to confirm the suspected cases of HIV AIDS
