Leading a team of 10 members who are mainly responsible for Updated the Management for US Municipals on Bloomberg System with the help of CF and Different Financial websites.Prepare KPI and Discuss with the client on any Areas of Improvements (Both Offshore and Onshore).Managing internal quality team as well and make sure every management properly updated.

Key responsibilities• Previously was leading a team of 8 members who are mainly responsible for setting up Fixed Income , Equity , Prime Brokerage and OTC Accounts in UBS systems.• Working as Team Lead and SME – Data Service Team and DSG Change.• Handling Client queries with regard to Account Setup which helps in the booking of trade by Front Office.• Negotiate with the client to amend or resolve issues/discrepancies in order for the trade to be executed.• Liaise with the Client to resolve issues with the Instructions. • Responsible in doing PMS of the Team members.• Involved in call with the Client, discussions on the projects, issues related to the work, process improvements, training plan of the Team.• Supervising entire team’s performance, quality and providing feedback on weekly basis. • Coordinating with the Onshore Finance desk and settlement groups to ensure smooth execution of trades.• Liaising with Front, Middle office in order to address issues with trade confirmations and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Escalating issues in timely manner to the management if issues are not resolved after diligent chasing.Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain the daily task and performance list of the team for monthly review.• Identify the Process Improvements which will help in the cost deduction and FTE deduction.• Preparing the weekly performance tracker and discuss with the onshore counterparts every week.• Set daily calls with the onshore process SPOCs to discuss the escalations and issues about the process. • Prepare KPI and Discuss with the client on any Areas of Improvements. • Discuss Utilization (Minutes of Efforts) and Turn Around Time (TAT) with the client on daily basis.• Managing internal quality team as well and make sure every account is properly checked • Volume allocation to the team and target to achieve the SLA on daily basis.• Prepare accuracy report and share with the client on weekly basis.
