-Work with CMs (Contract Manufactures) to setup ATE stations for consumer product testing.-Work with customers and CMs to execute schedules from NPI to MP-Generate test plans, audits , and provide guidance to maintain the quality of ATE stations at CMs.-Thrive business relationships with Customers, CMs.-Contributing to FIRA consortium for PHY technical requirements and conformance test specification

- Create and execute test plans for different technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n, 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, and GPS).-Write automation script to automate testing from developer check in to create test reports for windows and Mac.- Support customers to help resolve RF manufacturing test related issues.- Work with developers to resolve issues.- Maintain all the software related issues in Jira.

- Responsible for RF, physical and MAC layer interoperability testing between WiMAX base stations and Subscriber stations in Indoor and Outdoor environment in compliance to WiMAX system specifications.- Perform Throughput measurement using iperf and SmartBits, test Client and Server software (EMS/NMS), QoS, and System Hardware (10/100BT Ethernet Backhaul Port).- Familiar with Progression and Regression Test cycles.- Work with design engineers to analyze and troubleshoot problems.- Help restructure the test matrix for our wireless devices because of new features and devices.- Monitor, control and manage wireless communication networks and devices (WiMAX BS and CPE).- Responsible for organizing and analyzing test results, interpreting product specifications, maintaining Perl automation scripts, performing root cause debugging, compiling test reports, and logging any issues identified.

- Conducted power flow studies using simulation tool, prepared energy audit report and cost effective annual energy plan, prepared capacity versus demand forecast report, performed various 3 phase faults analysis on system, and suggested various ways to conserve electricity.- Responsible for analyzing and documenting energy audit report, cost effective annual energy plan, and capacity versus demand forecast report
