Role and responsibilities: - Lead End-to-End implementation of BI projects to ensure alignment with business requirements. Prepare design and work on architectural design to ensure successful implementation of BI solutions. Enhance existing BI dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik to improve data visualization. Plan and implement ETL frameworks such as Informatica, Snowflake ETL, Qlik, and SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Oversee project technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans, to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.

 As a data warehouse implementation expert, I have worked with Life & P&C insurers clients in various roles. My responsibilities included overseeing requirement gathering, Gap Analysis, BRD and FSD, and managing end-to-end development and delivery of BI packages.  I have extensive experience in using ETL tools such as IBM DataStage, SSIS, and SAP BODS, and developing reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos, Crystal Reports, SAP BO-WebI, SAP IDT/UDT, and Tableau.  I am proficient in project management on an Agile framework using JIRA. I was also involved in designing the Generic/Composite Data warehouse product of sapiens for all insurance verticals, and defining the Data Models like CDM, LDM, PDM.  My accountability involves ensuring timely delivery, quality of the SI product’s implementation, budget and resource management, and ensuring data sanity and accuracy.Some Key projects: Led the implementation of SI product for a life insurance company in Malta while simultaneously developing OOTB solutions for life insurance product of Sapiens. Defined and built 75 KPI dashboards with customizable options at the project level.

 Served as Business Intelligence Analyst/Lead for Project Mitra at one of India's largest private life insurers, responsible for gathering and documenting reporting requirements, performing GAP analysis, customizing data models, conducting source system analysis, and designing ETLs and extracts/feeds using tools like SSIS, PLSQL, SAP BO, and Crystal Reports.

 Oversaw production support and CR requests for data warehouse implementation at the largest private health insurer by volume in India as Business Intelligence Analyst/Lead, utilizing tools such as IBM Data Stage for ETL and IBM Cognos Express for Reports and Dashboards. Worked as a System Engineer to establish documents and workflow in IDIT for a prominent insurance brokerage firm in the UK.
