These works consisted of installation of underground services such as stormwater, water mains and sewer mains, construction of concrete kerbs, paths and driveways, Pavements, Piling, Bus shelters with total project value of $30m in total without Variations.*Preparing ITPs for review and approval by Clients prior to commencing works on site.*Procurement of all major and minor work packages involving finalising Subcontracts.*Maintaining Site Inductions, Toolbox, Prestarts, SWMS, ITPs, WHSE, & QA documentation on Procore, SIMPEL, Hammertech.*Undertaking all the tasks with understanding of Specifications, ITP’s, LOTS, NCR’s and RFI’s.*Prepare, Review,and Monitor SWMS and QA documents for all works - Earthworks, Stabilisation, Stormwater, Watermains, Pavements, Underground services, Streetlight, Utilities, Kerbs and Drains, Piling works, Bus Shelter footings and platforms.*Understanding the project’s budget - Direct and Indirect Costs and proactive in project cost control.*Derive lookahead weekly and monthly program from Construction Program. Assist PM & PE in monthly progress reporting.*Managing & Monitoring- Safety, Quality, WHSE, Subcontractors to achieve productivity.*Prepared cost plan, obtained approval and completed onsite construction with consistent productivity monitoring.
