Designed, Fabricated, Tested and Validated an All Terrain Vehicle(ATV) for BAJA SAEINDIA.In 2015-16, I worked on the Brake design and assembly; installing 4-wheel disc brake assembly with X-split arrangement. Scrutinizing the shortcoming and perks of each of the possible arrangements, I was able to install the best possible braking system in our vehicle.In 2016-17, I worked on the Suspension design and assembly; installing a double wishbone arrangement with the best in the buisness FOX pneumatic suspension dampers. Being an ATV, suspension was certainly the most crucial of the sub-systems and after rigorous tests and countless modifications, I was able to give the driver and team a bumpless ride through the dirt.Simultaneously, I also worked as the Sales Representative of the team for 2 years. Preparing the sales pitch and marketing strategies, I was able to put our team in the top slots throughout my turn.
