Managing the continuous improvement S2P projects including Ariba to Coupa transition, E-Invoicing roll outs, Analytics, Contract Management, Automated operations, GR simplification initiatives, Indirect procurement operations. Identify opportunities for white space to drive cost efficiencies, process simplifications and build capability for future growth. Currently managing the Process Excellence for Source to Pay and working on continuous improvement solutions that are cost-effective ensuring high quality delivery of services.

I have been a key contributor in developing a world class ARIBA service controlling 14 bn Euros of Indirect spend spread over 1.4 mil orders to the business for 92 countries. I have worked closely with the IT application service delivery partners and Procurement to Pay Operations. I was directly responsible for user experience, problem / issue management, coordinating the governance framework for the service. I succesfully supported in identifying opportunities for white space to drive cost efficiencies, process simplifications and build capability for future growth. My core area of expertise and contribution was around User and Stakeholder management in Ariba operations governing the oursource provider and acting as the escalation point overall P2P operations supporting offshore teams.

I was responsible for overall delivery of smooth P2P service across EMEA markets, consistently delivering on KPIs and adding value through continuous improvement initiatives.I also anchored identifying the operational improvement areas and pro actively generate process flows to drive AP operations.

As part of the AP functions, I was responsible for managing high profile & Critical vendors including but not limited to , IBM, Fujitsu, E&Y, HP, Lenovo, Volkswagen, American Express, PWCI was a key contributor in stabilizing the operational performance during the time of integration of Thomson Reuters Markets, and was a recipient of several accolades from client and internal teams.
